FROSTY LATE / EARLY WINTER WEATHER MOD V1
This mod simulates an early or late cold snap covering the landscape in a light snow or frost, works best with vegetation detail set to low. I'm using 1.10 but it should work on later versions, I would appreciate if someone could confirm this.
Daylight hours are between 7am and 7pm, this mod also gives clearer visibility in snow/sleet and at night, though look out for early morning mist.
No physics mod has been applied so the trucks will drive as normal.
