VERY HARD ECONOMY MOD V1.4
This is my 'Very hard Eco "Mod. It has been made for version 1.19.x and 1.18.x. The download is a TSM Version and Vanilla version.

The following has been changed:
Reduces XP per KM of 1XP on 0.35XP
Required average speed of 62 to 57 km / h reduced.
Driving time to 9 hours reduced (was 11) and rest period of 9 hours. 10 increases.
Cargo Damage is recalculated: 25 € penalty per 1% Cargo damage (was 5%)
-15% Of the total damage penalty per 1% loss (was 4%)
Wahrscheindlichkeit an "Empty Cargo parking space" increases for a job offer from 10 to 25%.
Trucks can be immediately purchased online.
New drivers do not cost more € 1,500 but only € 200.
Maximalschadan cargo of AI drivers from 6 lowered to 2.5%.
No Fixgeld per order for "quick order" and for AI drivers (formerly 350 €)
Reduced cash per km (without factors) for "quick order" and for AI drivers from 10 € to 2.50 €.
Auflevelmultiplikator reduced to 1x at AI drivers of 2x.
Probability that an AI driver drives without cargo to the garage, reduced from 10% to 1%.
Likely to get a suitable job for AI driver (Fächigkeiten) increased from 80% to 90%.

No Fixgeld per order with own truck (previously € 600)
At its own trucks of 15 reduced fee per km (without factors) to 7.
Park Bonus of 45XP reduced to 15XP.
XP deduction for loss of 12XP /% damage on 15XP /% damage increase.
XP deduction for loss of -4% XP /% damage to -10% XP / increases% damage.
Possibility aufzunehen a credit increased from 2 min to 10 trips.
Mail that own Equitment desired increases of at least 2 to 15 drives.
Minimum level to take the first loan (100,000 €) increased from Level 0 to Level 3.
Take minimum level to the second loan (+ € 400,000) increased from Level 3 to Level 5.
Installation Note: Select only one of the SCS files. You must necessarily invite last, sunning it's not working.
Who the Mod is too hard or do not like, so I can not help you. But I ask for fairness in the evaluation. It's a matter of taste, for people who want the game even more difficult.
