Addon for mod "Pak tuning for SCS trailers"
Adds a new Lowdeck chassis for standard trailers (22.5 wheels fit).
Adds all tuning from "Tuning Pack for SCS Trailers" to Flatbed trailers.
I also added some cargo from the onboard to the platform and back, i.e. almost all standard cargoes from scs flatbed can be transported on the platform and onboard.
