V1.1 - Fixed machine deceleration while the tool is running while driving

This mode increases the engine speed when using the hydraulic arms of all the loaders and cranes that use movingTools. The engine speed is displayed next to the speed indicator. Standard speeds increase to 1600rpm, but you can set them manually by adding to the xml file of this line:
2400. Now it also works for hydraulically connected tools.
