Description:
Renewed map in accordance with the comments, I note that I do not have a tester, so if there are errors, there will be corrections, but this is the final version of the map.

What changed

- terrain improved

- new purchases added

- added sawmill

- added bio gas plants

- some purchases moved from the city to the outskirts of the map

- reduced the map size by 400mb
