100 fields (from 0.17 ha to 31.4 ha everything is included)
no prefabricated courtyard - here you can let your wishes run free
2 BGAs
enough forest areas (84k spruce and 65k pine are only 76% of all trees!)
AD network from elMatador (will follow as soon as possible)
own PF soil map
and much more!
