Installation：
Copy the 1:17bcs folder to:

X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks

2: Export with OpenIV

X:Grand Theft Auto V\updateupdate\update\update.rpf\\\common\\\\\\data\\\dlclist.xml file

Then open it in Notepad and add the following line

dlcpacks:\\17bcs\\\Item>

Save and replace.
