My first upload, intended for RP. Converted replace to addon, added drug props, and a California plate.

Changed handling ID from RUMPO to RAPIDGT

Bugs:
-hood doesn't open
-steering wheel doesn't turn
-hands slightly off steering wheel
-no handling meta
