Description:
Once you have downloaded the file give above, you will notice that there are two police models, one unmarked and one marked,
the only thing that you want to do is put police2. Ytd on the carpet "Policía Federal" and put police3. Ytd on the carpet "Gendarmería Nacional".

Then Use OpenIV and go to GTA V/update/x64/dlspacks/patchday3ng/Dec. Rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and replace all the original files the files that you downloaded from here.
