Hey all, this is my first mod ever so I hope its at least a 5 out of 10...lol

This house is located on Marina Dr. in beautiful Sandy Shores.

You need to turn your grass textures to normal, otherwise you will see grass growing through the floors. Also, I turned the collision off on the garage door so you can just drive through it. Turning on the Dynamic makes the doors fall through the map once loaded.

Installation:
Extract Sand Shores House file and place in the Spooner folder. Grand Theft AutoV/menyooStuff/Spooner
