Go to: GTAV\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

Extract dlclist.xml and add this line:

dlcpacks:\infg35\

Go to: GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks and make a new folder called infg35.
Drop the provided dlc.rpf there.

*kown bugs:
- no dashboard not working
- in the previous versions of the game, the seats may not be placed in the correct position
