Description:
I just recently got back to the game and felt like doing some new things with Menyoo. The "Moonlight"-Penthouse comes with a landing area for a Hydra, 3 Helipads, an fully designed and enterable interior, alongside approximately 25~ parking lots outside and another 16+ inside a huge garage. More than 1800 props (130~Peds) are used so far, with a total build time of roughly 45 hours. Feel free to add new vehicles to your liking. The map itself is located in the Raton Canyon, underneath the train bridge. However, there are teleports at the Sandy Shores Airfield to make the map area easier accessible and i recommend entering the penthouse through these teleports.

Installation
1. Install Menyoo and make sure it is working for you.
2. Put the file you just downloaded into your GTA5/MenyooStuff/Spooner folder. Ingame, open Menyoo and load the map.
