Description:
2. Place all files into: GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday4ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

4. Download my file and you see police3.ytd. Replace it with police3.ytd in patchday4

5. file POLICE3.xml place into GTA main directory/ELS/default_pack

6. Launch game and play!
