Kyroki addon contains large VIP wheels whereas replace wheels are small wheels.

Install
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday22ng\x64\levels\patchday22ng\vehiclemods\wheel_mods.rpf
Replaces: most tuner wheels

1. Put the "kyroki" folder inside the dlcpacks folder.
2. Go into dlclist and use this line:
dlcpacks:/kyroki/
3. Wheels under Tuner (Wheel Addon section in QuantV)
