This is a replacement, No els or metas are needed, you can always change it to another suitable slot if Pranger doesn't suit you need etc.

Installation:
Drag and drop both files that replace the car slot into: GTAV/Mods/X64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
