This is a Mortal Kombat style mask that is totally suitable for the Classic Look & Feel of the Game. This replaces Bandana. It gives a Modern Gangster / Assasin Look to Franklin apart from the Old school Bandana.

Installation :

Go to - Mods > x64v > models > cdimages > streamedpeds-players > player-one( Franklin = Recommend)

This is a content of both Texture & PNG file ! So replace it Using OpenIV..

There are absolutely no Bugs & no Harms to the overall Game Texture.
