Description:
The Mobile Emergency, Resuscitation and Discharge Service (abbreviated SMURD) is an integrated public intervention unit of strategic importance, without legal personality, having in its structure integrated resuscitation teams, specialized in providing emergency medical and technical assistance, as well as teams with paramedical personnel, specialized in providing the first qualified help. This service operates within the County Inspectorates for emergency situations - having as an air operator aviation structures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in collaboration with the county, regional hospitals and local public authorities.
