1:Copy the "bgv12" folder to (update/x64/dlcpacks)

2:Use OpenIV extract
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
then use notepad open it, add a new line

dlcpacks:\bgv12\

Save it and use OpenIV to replace it.

You can use Trainer Spawn it by name "bgv12"
