In the archive, go to Model / 2018 Police BMW M5 and copy 2 files (police2.yft and police2_hi.yft)
We go to the last patchday in Open4 mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks / patchday22ng / dlc.rpf / x64 / levels / gta5 / vehicles.rpf
and copy police2.yft and police2_hi.yft there.

2) Download my Paintjob BMW M5 F90 OBD Bulkin edition and copy police2.ytd to vehicles.rpf (along the path mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks / patchday22ng / dlc.rpf / x64 / levels / gta5 / vehicles.rpf)
