Description:
Adds 4 scenarios to the jacking of cars by player at random.
Scenarios:
1. When the player jacks a car. If there is a driver plus a passenger. The player will lock the vehicle as the driver gets out. The driver will run away. However, the passenger will exit the vehicle but first get a weapon. Exit, then shoot the player. The player will get a wanted level of 1 star.
2. When the player jacks a car. If there is a driver plus a passenger. The player will get arrested by the driver and the passenger will aim at the player as well as the driver. If the player flees the scene. The player will get a wanted level of 2 stars.
3. When the player jacks a car. If there is a driver. The driver will run away while calling the cops. The player gets a 3 star wanted level. If the player kills the driver. The player will gain a star with the stars such player already has.
4. When the player jacks a car. If there is a driver. Such driver will fight the player. If the player flees they will gain a wanted level of 2 stars. If the player kills the driver they will then receive another star for the crime.
