This is a BMW 530D F10 unmarked from the Dutch police, you can change the plates if you want.

I'm planning to do the following in the future:
- Add a handling.meta & vehicles.meta

Installation:
Drag the .yft and .ytd files into GTA-V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday18ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
Drag the .xml file into GTA-V/ELS/pack_default
