Description:
A new Highways England Traffic Officer X5 F15, stationed in Cheshire/Merseyside for use on the M62, M61 and M6 motorways. Only one was ever made and serviced for the Highways England North West Region, it comes fully kitted with a matrix board in the rear that states: "DO NOT PASS".
