His model also includes a handling line and the ELS file but im not going to cover that in the installation as it is basic to instal.

Installation:
1) Once you have download Obsidian Games model intall it with all your other models using OpenIV for most poeple this will be
mods/upate/x64/dlcpacks/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta/vechiles.rpf
2) Once this is complete OPen the "police.ytd" file
Remember: BE IN EDIT MODE!
3) You should have a menu appear simply click on the top left hand side of the menu "import"
4) you want to import my "car_sign_1" and "windows" it should automatically have the right Dxt5 and minimap levels correct
For this step you might have to drag my files onto your desktop for it to work.
5) Click Save and your all done
6) Just to check open the "police.yft" file and you will be able to preview the model!
