Requirements:
Menyoo: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
steps:
Take the file and place it in
menyooStuff > Outfit
then launch Menyoo and go to:
Player Options > Outfit > Saved Files
and it there! Thanks
