1. Open OpenIV and enable Edit mode.

2. Put "boxville4.ytd" and "boxville4+hi.ytd" into :

"GTA V\mods\update\x64\dlcpack\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicle.rpf"
