Description:
This is a custom made Blaine County Sheriff's Office livery for Thehurk's 2015 Non-ELS Charger and F5544's 2015 Non-ELS Charger, links at bottom of description.

This livery is made completely from scratch with some inspiration from the Loveland Highschool Police Caprice, however it is not meant to be completely based off of it.
