Description:
Reworked JoBuilt Phantom, what else to say. Almost a year old (and year-long) project was restarted and grew up to this. Hope you like it.

Changes:
- tl;dr, half of this thing was remodelled, other half - improved and polished.

Known Issues:
- Muzzle flashes of The Cultist bumper's MGs don't work sometimes, cause is unknown.
- Some tuning options clip through each other. Game limitations of tuning mechanics doesn't allow me to do anything with this, except of removing those parts completely. I prefer variety over perfectly smooth tuning.
