Wow it's been awhile. Ever since getting my new graphics card (RTX 2080) I decided to give modding another shot. Here's the newly established Hybrid Threat Unit of the MTA Police Department. The only thing used from the original skin is the reflective decals on the sides everything else was redone. A uniform for them will be coming soon please be patient.
