To install with openIV replace a shirt starting with uppr diff 000 with one of the provided shirts in X64V/models/cdimages/streamedpeds players.rpf/player two

Credits for the original design go to Christopher Gadsden 1775 and credit for the Snek version goes to some some reddit memers. Please don't upload my shirt or any of my other mods without permission.
