Go to: GTAV\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

Extract dlclist.xml and add this line:

dlcpacks:\golfgti\
Go to: GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

and make a folder called golfgti
add the included dlc.rpf file

SPAWN: golfgti

3-4 mirror

5- plates

11-12 open mirror


Tuning:

-Chassis: iPhone Xs max

-Roof: 1-stock roof, 2-sunroof closed, 3-sunroof full closed
