1. Start OpenIV

2. Go to: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

3. Enable Edit Mode and drag the downloaded polmav.yft and polmav_hi.yft & polmav.ytd files into Open IV Features

use => main Menu => vehicle spawner => police maverick

also you can wait a police!
