First of all, this is a texture for YCA-RE's car (https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/1999-ford-crown-victoria-police)

This is a Ford Interceptor based livery, BUT, this time is a Lore Friendly version
So let me explain
Remember when R* removed level limits for buying vehicles? well, In every loading screen there was this image (see above) that showed a Rhino crushing a car. Well that car is supposed to be a Stanier but it looks like a Crown Victoria, so I came up with the laziest name ever: Vapid Victory
You can also find this car in the Shoreside Vale loading screen in Liberty City Stories (god I miss my PSP days)

INSTALL
Just rename the file and put it into wherever you installed YCA-RE's car
